We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gallo Jewelry. If for any reason this is not the case, items may be returned for a exchange or for a full refund(ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY). The item must be received by Gallo Jewelry within thirty (30) days of your receipt. Any items received after this period will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Obtain an authorization number by calling our customer service department at 1-973-890-7000. Exchanges will not be accepted without this number or code.

2. Package the jewelry with care using all of the original packing materials. Items must be returned in the same condition as were sent from Gallo Jewelry. Items that have been engraved, altered, or resized by a company other than Gallo Jewelry, show signs of wear or are damaged in any way cannot be accepted.

3. Include a copy of your invoice from Gallo Jewelry. Clearly indicate your return authorization number on the invoice.

4. All returns must be shipped to us insured for the full purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for jewelry shipments which have not been insured or for any packages which do not require a signature upon delivery or a return receipt.

We recommend shipping the package via UPS or FedEx. Be sure to request a return receipt.

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the proper area.

Please do not write words such as "Gallo Jewelry," "jewelry," "/diamonds," etc. anywhere on the package. To deter theft, it is very important that words giving any indication of the contents or value of the package are not visible anywhere on the package.

7. Allow approximately five business days for the process. After we have inspected and verified the condition of the items, we will give you a phone call to inform you rather you're able to get the full amount you paid as a refund or store credit code or not.

*For refund, we need to approve the item in perfect condition, and then we will process the refund as promised.

*For store credit, a code will be given to you for the full purchase amount, that code will be used as a coupon code before exchanging/purchasing another item online.

*If we do not approve the exchange then we will ship your item back to you with an additional shipping and handling fee. So please, before returning any item, make sure it is in perfect condition as we have shipped it to you.
